Private preview — in development

Cleaning Profitability + Pricing + Solo-to-Crew System: working preview

Six connected modules running on one set of assumptions: business assumptions, job economics, client portfolio, pricing scenarios, first-hire scenarios and the resulting action plan. Start in module A, replace the example values with your own, and everything downstream recalculates.

Unfinished product preview. No price has been set and it is not for sale. Every loaded value is an illustrative starting value — replace these with your actual numbers. Nothing is a benchmark or a recommended price, and everything runs in your browser — nothing is stored, sent or shared.

Everything runs in your browser. Nothing is saved, sent or shared, and closing the tab clears it.

Business assumptions

Entered once, used by every module below. The values loaded here are editable examples from the internal prototype — they are not benchmarks, industry averages or recommendations. Replace them with your own numbers and the job, portfolio, pricing and hire modules all recalculate.

How this relates to the free tools

The free job profitability, client profitability and first-hire calculators stay free and stay genuinely useful on their own. This system runs the same underlying engines, but holds one shared set of assumptions across all of them, aggregates a whole client portfolio and compares scenarios side by side.

These tools are decision support built on your own inputs. They are not legal, tax, payroll or employment advice.
